6. Soft Credit Check Authorization

By submitting a solar consultation, financing, savings estimate, qualification, or prequalification form, you authorize Spectrum Solar Power LLC and/or its financing partners, lenders, credit prequalification providers, service providers, or authorized representatives to perform a soft credit check or obtain consumer report information for the purpose of determining potential solar financing eligibility, prequalification, estimated payment options, available offers, or related solar program qualification.

A soft credit check does not affect your credit score.

7. No Guarantee of Financing, Savings, or Approval

Spectrum Solar Power LLC does not guarantee that you will qualify for solar financing, rebates, incentives, tax credits, or any specific utility savings.

Any projected savings, payment estimates, tax credit estimates, or solar production estimates are for informational purposes only and may change based on your home, utility provider, electric usage, available sunlight, financing approval, system design, installation conditions, and applicable laws or programs.

You should consult a tax professional regarding eligibility for tax credits or incentives.

8. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

  • Submit false, inaccurate, or misleading information.
  • Submit information for a property you do not own or have authority over.
